Returns

We value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. We check and pack everything with care before sending it to you.

 

Please make your purchase wisely. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not return items for change of mind. We aim to provide clear product pictures and information to help you with your purchase.

 

Under Australian Consumer Laws, customers are not entitled to refunds or replacements unless there is a major issue with the product sent, in which case please contact us within 7 days of receipt of items.

 

We do not take responsibility for damage caused in transit and this will need to be taken up with the postal service used. We ensure items are packed well before sending.

Refunds

Embody Tea Co. does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us at hello@embodyteaco.com.au within 7 days of purchase and provide photos.

 

All returns are to be sent via registered post for tracking purposes. Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of Embody Tea Co. Embody Tea Co. is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. Original costs of shipping your product will not be credited in a refund or return. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Embody Tea Co.
