Step 1: Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea (per cup) into the infuser of your choice.
Step 2: Add near boiling water and allow herbs to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove infuser and ideally place your used herbs in the compost.
Step 4: Enjoy your cup of tea.
Drink 1 cup in the evening about 1 hour before bedtime.
Enjoy hot or chilled over ice.
