Step 1: Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea (per cup) into the infuser of your choice.
Step 2: Add near boiling water and allow herbs to infuse for at least 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove infuser and ideally place your used herbs in the compost.
Step 4: Enjoy your cup of tea.
Step 5: Enjoy another cup of Fertility Tea by repeating steps 1 through 4.For best results, help regulate your menstrual cycle and increase your fertility potential, drink 2-3 cups daily.
