Step 1: Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea (per cup) into the infuser of your choice.
Step 2: Add near boiling water and allow herbs to infuse for at least 10 minutes.
Step 3: Remove infuser and ideally place your used herbs in the compost.
Step 4: Enjoy your cup of tea.
Step 5: Enjoy another cup of Menopause Tea by repeating steps 1 through 4.
For best results and optimal relief from menopausal symptoms, drink 1-3 cups daily, or as needed.
